The Site presents Galanti Digital's web design, development, and digital marketing services, and includes client demo sites ("demos") intended to showcase design and development capabilities. Demo sites do not necessarily reflect a live, operational site for the business shown, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with that business.

Bespoke content commissioned and paid for by a client (including client-specific design, copy, and images) transfers to the client's ownership as set out in the relevant service agreement, where agreed.

5. Demo Sites & Businesses Shown

Some pages reachable through this Site (e.g. /clinic/... paths) are portfolio demo sites for Galanti Digital. Business details, names, addresses, images, and marketing copy shown on demo pages illustrate design and development capability and do not necessarily represent a live operational offering, a real appointment booking, or current information for the business shown. For real enquiries, contact the relevant business through its current, official contact details.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Galanti Digital makes no guarantee of business, marketing, or search-engine ranking (SEO) outcomes from use of the Site or its services, and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of, or reliance on, information on the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
