Galanti Digital ("we", "us") operates galantidigital.com and the tenant demos hosted on it. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law (Amendment 13, 2025).

3. Data We Collect
3.1 Contact Form Submissions
When you submit a contact form we collect: name, phone number, email address, and a free-text message. Data is stored in an encrypted database and forwarded by email so we can respond to your enquiry.
3.2 Analytics Cookies (with consent)
With your explicit consent we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, referral source, device type, truncated IP). If you decline, GA4 is not activated and collects nothing.
3.3 Infrastructure Logs
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) retains standard access logs (IP, User-Agent, timestamp) for security and operational purposes only.
4. Purposes
- Responding to contact requests and business enquiries (form data)
- Improving site performance and user experience (analytics - consent required)
- Security and abuse prevention (infrastructure logs)
5. Third-Party Processors & Cross-Border Transfers
Your data may be processed by the following US-based service providers, constituting cross-border transfers under Israeli law. All providers comply with GDPR and hold approved transfer mechanisms (SCCs).

6. Retention Periods
- Contact form data: deleted after 6 months.
- Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default).
- Infrastructure logs: up to 30 days (Cloudflare policy).
7. Security
The site operates over HTTPS only. The database is encrypted at rest (Cloudflare D1). Access to personal data is restricted to the site owner; fewer than 3 people have access.
8. Your Rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law (Amendment 13) you have the right to:
- Access - request a copy of the personal data held about you.
- Rectification - correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion - request erasure (subject to legal retention obligations).
- Objection - object to processing for direct marketing purposes.
- Portability - receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent - revoke analytics consent at any time via the cookie banner.
